Installation of the Stadium Seats
3 ways to install your stadium seats
With the continuous upgrading and development of stadium construction, the installation of stadium seats has become a part that has to be carefully considered and selected in stadium construction.
So what are the methods for installing the stadium seats in the stadium and how to choose them?
There are three ways to install stadium seats: Non-bracket mounted (flat mounted), Riser mounted and floor mounted(like the picture show).
The choice of those 3 methods are based on the real situation of the site. Here we will introduce them one by one.
Method 1: Flat-Mounted
Flat or no-bracket mounted method is a good choice when the step height in the stadium is between 320mm-350mm.
Method 2: Riser Mounted
For the riser mounted install methods, general requirements need to be met. To be specific, the step height needs to be between 240mm-500mm and there should be riser mounted surface in the rear row.
Method 3: Floor Mounted
When to choose floor-mounted installing method? The floor mounted way of installing the stadium seats is recommended when there’s no riser-mounted surface in the rear row and the step height is outside the range of 320-350mm.
In addition, for the safety of the seats in the stands and the comfort of human beings seating on the stadium seats as well as the sight of the stands, basic requirements need to be met when choosing riser mounted and floor mounted methods. First, the thickness of the cement layer on the fixing surface should be greater than 100 mm and the thickness of the mortar layer should be less than 10 mm. Second, the deviation tolerance for both horizontal and vertical angles should be less than 2 degrees.
